If you’re wondering what happens after you reserve your new property, then you don’t need to worry. We will oversee the process from the point you first reserve your new property, to the point you receive the keys and walk into your sparkling new overseas home. We don’t sell and walkaway.
We will liaise between all parties involved – yourself, lawyers, the property developer – to ensure you’re kept abreast of things at every step.
If you’re buying an offplan property, we will do regular checks on the build progress in line with the staged payments to ensure the build is going to plan and to the specifications agreed with the developer. Also we will do a checkout of the completed property to verify that the property is ready for you to take ownership of.
You can then pick up your keys and enjoy your new home and have a glass of wine on the terrace.
